Adding Recurring Appointments

Recurring appointments can be added by the provider on the Calendar.  Click on the time under the appropriate date (day or week view) or the calendar date (month view), and the Enter Appointments box will pop up.

  • Select the client and any applicable Service, if desired. 
  • Click on Recurring.
  • Select the frequency of the appointments.
  • Select the number of appointments, or enter a checkmark next to Until, and choose the ending date on the calendar.

  • Click Save on the Enter Appointments box when completed.

NOTE:  If you need to delete upcoming appointments, you can click on the first appointment that needs to be deleted, and then on Delete All Occurrences.  That appointment, and all future appointments will be deleted.  Then, you can schedule a NEW Recurring appointment if needed.
