Jituzu Mobile App

Jituzu offers a mobile app for Android and iOS (iPhone and iPad).  The app is available for use by a provider who has a paid Jituzu subscription or a My Clients Plus account, and by any client that has a Client Portal account.

To adjust the Settings for Jituzu on an Android device:

  • Click Apps - Settings - Apps - Jituzu - Permissions - and allow the permissions for the Camera and Microphone by moving the toggle switches to the right side and they will turn blue. 

To adjust the Settings for Jituzu on an iPhone or iPad:  

  • Click on Settings. Scroll to the list of apps at the bottom of the left sidebar and tap the Jituzu app icon. You’ll see the permissions for the camera or microphone.  Toggle the switches to the right and they will turn green.

How to use the Mobile App for Android 

To make an appointment in the Client Portal:

  • Click on the 3 lines in the top left corner and click on Calendar.
  • Click the green circle with a plus sign + in the bottom right corner.
  • Click Search.
  • Click on the appointment that you would like to have.
  • Click on the green circle with the computer disk icon in the bottom right corner.
  • It will ask if you'd like to add the appointment to your device's calendar.  You can select Yes or No.
  • The scheduled appointment will show below the calendar.

To do a videoconference:

  • Click on the 3 lines in the top left corner.
  • Click on Calendar in the top left corner.
  • You'll see the appointment below the calendar. Click on it.
  • On the next screen, click on the green camera icon. You will see your picture. 
  • Click on the blue camera icon in the lower left corner. 
  • When your healthcare provider connects also, you will see their picture.

To send your provider an Inbox message:

  • Click on the 3 lines in the top left corner.
  • Click on Mailbox in the top left corner.
  • Click on the green circle in the bottom right corner.
  • Click the + sign.
  • To mark the message Urgent, move the selector button to the right and it will turn green.
  • Add a Subject and write a message.
  • Click the arrow at the top of the screen to send the message.

To respond to a message from your provider:

  • Click on the 3 lines in the top left corner.
  • Click on Mailbox in the top left corner.
  • Click on Inbox.
  • Click on the message you want to respond to.
  • Click on the arrow on the right side at the top of the screen
  • Write a message.
  • Click the arrow at the top of the screen to send the message.

To pay the balance from your session(s):

  • Click on the 3 lines in the top left corner.
  • Click on Balance in the top left corner.
  • Select the session(s) you would like to pay.
  • Click "Pay" at the bottom.
  • Choose a payment method that you have on file under "Quick Pay" (if you have one) or click Enter a New Payment Method and enter your information.
  • Click Send Payment at the bottom.

How to use the Mobile App for iOS 

To make an appointment in the Client Portal:

  • Click on the Calendar icon in the lower left corner. 
  • Click the Blue plus sign + in the top left corner.
  • Click the Search bar after selecting your criteria.
  • Click on the appointment that you would like to have.
  • Click “Schedule Appointment” button.
  • It will ask if you'd like to add the appointment to your device's calendar.  You can select Yes or No.
  • The scheduled appointment will show below the calendar.

To do a videoconference:

  • Click on the Calendar icon in the lower left corner. 
  • You'll see the appointment below the calendar. Click on it.
  • On the next screen, click on the green camera icon. You will see your picture. 
  • Click on the word “Connect” in the lower left corner. 
  • When your healthcare provider connects also, you will see their picture. 
  • When the videoconference is over, click the disconnect button in the bottom right corner and then click “Close” at the top on the left. 

To send your provider an Inbox message:

  • Click on Mailbox on the bottom of the screen. 
  • Click on “New Message” in the lower left corner. 
  • Click on “To” to select the provider. 
  • Add a Subject and write the message.
  • Click on “Send” on the top right side of the screen to send the message.
  • To mark the message Urgent, move the selector button on the right side, to the right and it will turn green.

To respond to a message from your provider:

  • Click on Mailbox on the bottom of the app. 
  • Click on Inbox.
  • Click on the message you want to respond to.
  • Click “Reply” at the top on the right. 
  • Write a message. 
  • Click on “Send” at the top of the screen to send the message.

  • Click on the session(s) you would like to pay.
