Adding Clients

Client records can be created in Jituzu in several ways:

  • From Jituzu under Clients - simply click on Add Client + to start a client record.
  • From Jituzu under Calendar - select a specific provider and click on the time under the appropriate date (day or week view) or the calendar date (month view), and the Enter Appointments box will pop up.  Click on ADD NEW NAME in the client selection drop down box.
  • From Jituzu website using Client Portal Anonymous Signup - When you have a Jituzu Client Portal subscription and Anonymous Signup configured, clients can sign up anonymously for a Client Portal account.    
  • From Client Setup in My Clients Plus - If you also use My Clients Plus and your My Clients Plus account is synced to your Jituzu account, any clients you add in Client Setup in My Clients Plus, are automatically updated in your Jituzu account.

From Jituzu in Clients

Click on Clients and then click on Add Client +.  Enter the appropriate information.

From Jituzu in the Calendar: 

In the Calendar, select a specific provider and click on the time under the appropriate date (day or week view) or the calendar date (month view), and the Enter Appointments box will pop up.  Click on the Client Name drop down box and select ADD NEW NAME.  Enter the first and last name of the client.

From Jituzu website using Client Portal Anonymous Signup 

When the provider has a Jituzu Client Portal subscription that is configured for Anonymous Signup, clients can go to the provider website and sign up for a Client Portal account.

From Client Setup in My Clients Plus

If you are also a My Clients Plus subscriber and your My Clients Plus account is synced to your Jituzu account, the clients that you add in Client Setup in My Clients Plus, will automatically sync and populate in Jituzu.
